TR ESCAPES TO THE DANDENONG RANGES

ESCAPE PLAN >

  • Start off with a short Fascial Freedom session with Daz
  • Then we head up the 1000 steps or the steep Lyrebird Track (personal choice) 2.5km climb to One Tree Hill...taking in Mother Nature + fresh clean air + laughter
  • Rest + Recharge for a short break at One Tree Hill
  • Make our descent down the Lyrebird Track or Bellview Tce, enjoying the stunning views overlooking Melbourne
  • Finish where we started + then (personal choice) we head into Sassafras for homemade soup at Ripe Cafe

Our mini escapes occur every month in different locations in near-by exotic places matched with amazing adventures + activities

The best way to enrich the soul is to deviate from the norm

PILATES WORKSHOP

Most people are familiar with Pilates and many have experienced its strength and agility it offers. There's instructors and studios popping up all over the place, but few have the amount of extensive knowledge and training that Christine Robinson offers.

TR is super excited to introduce weekly Pilates to the community and its timetable and what better way to celebrate Christine and her Pilates philosophies than with a 1.5 hours workshop.

At this workshop Christine will cover:

  • Enhance or start to delve your knowledge into specific facets of the Pilates Method.
  • Discover the many benefits and advantages of using Pilates in everyday life.
  • Perform positive movement exercises chosen from Pilates Exercise Protocols (created and utilised by Christine for over 20 years).
  • Identify how to effectively cue for proper activation of the core stabilising muscles including the pelvic floor muscles and shoulder girdle.
  • Applying Christine's principles as a proper therapy for injuries or rehabilitation.

  • FASCIAL FREEDOM - what is fascia and why it is important for movement, posture, pain free living and the aging process.
  • THREE DIMENSIONAL EXERCISE / MOVEMENT - learn a sustainable way of exercising that improves not only external function but internal function such as hormones and digestion.
  • BODY AWARENESS + CONNECTION - learn how to integrate your 'core' correctly and effectively through focused exercise.
