THE TRUTH ABOUT ALKALINE DIETS & pH BALANCE

In this video we bust the 'Eating Alkaline For Health' bubble. This will no doubt ruffle some feathers but its important to know the whole story when it comes to 'health fads'... and unfortunately the alkaline money-maker-companies, its time to call you out.

Dr. Emanuel Revici showed in over 60 years of clinical research that pH in a normal, healthy person should cycle twice over a 24-hour period above and below the median. He also proved that a pH stuck acid OR alkaline was evidence of pathology and the body's defense against a degenerative process. For example, he found that some cancer tumors proliferated in an acid environment but others thrived in an alkaline environment

To say that everyone should be alkaline is to ignore basic, fundamental rules of biochemistry! You can now see why people or companies push so called 'health fads' such as this... follow the money.

In general, it is simply not necessary to monitor pH. "Furthermore, there are instances where pH can change due to detox or can actually be, say, acid, in an alkaline imbalance. And you do not know whether it is a problem or the body’s defense against a problem" - Bill Wolcott
